OPEN HOUSES DURING COVID-19

Effective Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 12:01 a.m., the government is issuing a province-wide Stay-at-Home order requiring everyone to remain at home except for essential purposes, such as going to the grocery store or pharmacy, accessing health care services (including getting vaccinated), for outdoor exercise , or for work that cannot be done remotely.
Fortunately, real estate businesses are still one of the businesses that don’t have to shut down. As other open businesses, we all have to follow all the barrier measures recommended by public health. There are no specific requirements for the real estate industry, except that open houses are currently not permitted by the OREA board. When the restrictions are limited you will find open house showing dates here.
